Food is a necessity and it should get ingested into the body through eating it. Though this is a normal activity, it is being discussed at length at all times. There is a saying that it is through the stomach one gets into another's heart. Every community has its own specials from prayers to food. One's eating habit is also cause and relief to one's stress.
